New Concept English Book 2 Lesson 14 - Do You Speak English 学习笔记。方法与顺序:第二语言学习实用指南。媒体与对齐字幕:FluentAnyLang 资源指南(Dialog 音轨 + subtitle-library 中的 14 - Do You Speak English.srt);在 FluentAnyLang 中练习。
练习顺序: 1 听力 → 2 口语 → 3 双向翻译(可选)→ 4 原文 → 5 Useful Expression。第一次盲听(§1)前不要读 §4–5,也不要背台词。
1. Listening
目标: 不边看稿边听,听懂 Dialog 音轨,再在 FluentAnyLang 中逐句核对。详见方法指南中的盲听与精听。
建议流程:
- 导入 Dialog MP3 与同名
.srt。 - 盲听 — 关闭或隐藏字幕,完整听一遍。
- 逐句循环 — 重放难句;用上一句/下一句与片段重放。
- 可选:后续做一次抗噪听(若你训练时加环境噪音)。
练习记录:2026 年 8 月 28 日。
盲听 x 3,听写准确率 90%+。
抗噪听 x 1。
2. Speaking
目标: 从准确复述过渡到流利跟读。默认先 Echo,第二遍加 Shadowing。详见指南中的口语方法。
Echo
先听原句,再录自己的版本。比同步跟读容易,适合短对话的第一次口语练习。
建议流程:Echo 模式 → 逐句 → 每句保留最好的一遍。
练习记录:2026 年 8 月 28 日。
Shadowing
与原音同步跟读,对齐节奏与语调。
建议流程:Echo 顺手后 → 整段 Shadowing → 难句可再逐句循环。
练习记录:2026 年 8 月 28 日。
Shadowing x 1,压缩间隔与保留完整间隔各做一遍。
压缩间隔的跟读:
保留完整间隔的跟读:
3. Bidirectional Translation
目标: 衔接理解与口语(Luca Lampariello 双向翻译法)。可选;在 §1–2 之后进行。
从 §5 Useful Expression(或任意你在意的句子)挑几句。不看稿:
- 根据中文提示(或你的母语)说出英文。
- 听一遍音频后,凭记忆再说一遍英文。
- 对照 §4 原文;反复直到顺口。
本期未练习 — 本课未做双向翻译。
4. Transcript
在 §1–3 之后参考。在正文中用 ==glossary== 标出生词;释义与例句见下方 glossary。
Did the young man speak English?
I had an amusing experience last year.
After I had left a small village in the south of France,
I drove on to the next town.
On the way, a young man waved to me.
I stopped and he asked me for a lift.
As soon as he had got into the car,
I said good morning to him in French and he replied in the same language.
Apart from a few words,
I do not know any French at all.
Neither of us spoke during the journey.
I had nearly reached the town, when the young man suddenly said, very slowly,
'Do you speak English?'
As I soon learnt, he was English himself!
5. Useful Expression
Patterns worth carrying into your own speech (review after practice):

She asked her neighbour for a lift to the station.I had nearly done sth, when…
Almost finished something, then something unexpected happened (past perfect + when).
